Eric Blue serves as the chief executive officer and chief investment officer of Valler Holdings Corp., a global conglomerate located in Washington, DC. with additional offices in London, UK.

Under his guidance, Valler Holdings makes investments in publicly traded and privately held operating businesses through the use of equity, structured equity and to a lesser extent, debt instruments. The company targets investments in businesses run by quality management that operate within industries that have a “reason to exist” and are resistant to obsolescence.

In addition to his work at Valler, in early 2021, Mr. Blue founded Nevly Holdings Corp., a fintech company focused on delivering financial literacy, credit repair and budget building tools; credit, lending and other money savings products as well as tailored wealth management services to individual consumers.

The company has a mission to educate consumers and provide access to the tools required to improve their lives.

Prior to these roles, Mr. Blue spent time as a corporate associate at two international law firms, where he gained significant experience representing publicly traded and privately held companies in M&A, capital markets and corporate governance matters and also worked as an investment banker at two global investment banks where he provided strategic advisory services to privately held and publicly traded consumer product companies.

Mr. Blue studied law at the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with his juris doctor and finishing in the top 10 percent of his class.

Over the course of his career, he has served as a member of several professional groups and community organizations, including the J. L. Turner Legal Association, the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, the City of New Orleans Board of Liquidation, Dallas Black Dance Theatre and the New Orleans Museum of Art.
